Refund Policy

Please review cancellation, refund reasons, and processing standards for Klavy subscriptions.

Article 1 Purpose
This policy explains the refund criteria for paid subscription purchases for Klavy (the "Service"), operated by Value Labs (represented by Taebeom Kim, the "Company").

Article 2 Scope
This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and paid add-on services.
If no paid purchase was made, this policy does not apply.

Article 3 Right of Cancellation
1. Members may request cancellation and withdrawal within the legal cancellation period if applicable after subscribing.
2. If the Service has already been used in a meaningful way (for example, AI outputs were generated, export, storage expansion, or project output was used), full cancellation may be limited by law or this policy.
3. If a Member has used generated outputs (such as planning docs, IA, or screen drafts) for work or has shared them externally, full refund may be limited.

Article 4 Exclusions
Refund may be limited or partially restricted in the following cases:
1. Free credit, promotional bonus, or event-only credit based access
2. Substantial use of paid outputs before cancellation
3. Policy violation, abuse prevention action, or account restriction due to misuse
4. Approved paid subscription already in use and continuing after cancellation request

Article 5 Refund Processing
1. Refunds are processed according to the payment method and payment processor policies, including Paddle or Polar where applicable, and are usually completed within 3–7 business days after request.
2. If partial use is confirmed, pro-rated refunds may be applied where permitted.
3. When a refund is approved, subscription status is canceled or suspended; existing data is not deleted.

Article 6 Exceptions
If the Company cannot provide paid services due to reasons attributable to the Company, we will take reasonable measures such as refund, service period extension, or credit restoration in accordance with applicable law and service policy.

Article 7 Amendments
The refund policy is valid from the effective date. The Company may revise it for operational reasons with prior notice.
